Introduction: This meal plan is not a diet but a user friendly circadian rhythm based meal plan designed to normalize the gut flora and pH, as well as the immune system, by avoiding molds and toxins, dead or stored foods, and by promoting foods that are low in allergic or infection producing protential. This natural menu plan, based on physiological and medical theory and practice, provides a list of the foods to use or avoid in order to prevent a pathological shift of bioterrain parameters from normal homeostasis to ill health through the protection of acid base balance, oxygen delivery and hydration. Homeostasis or the preferred balanace point of the entire system depends on normalization of the body acid base balance called pH, Oxidation reduction potential and mineralization for conductivity of enzymes and electrical grounding. Bioterrain Quadrant 1, 2, 3 ,and 4 corresponds respectively to 1 - healthy, 2 - allergic and slightly ill, 3- fatigued & ill, and 4- frank disease level of disruption in bioterrain. This menu seeks to correct any demise in vitality through bioterrain restoration and stabilization to help the body electric resist disintegration.
What is the Goal? Achieve your ideal weight, vitality, strength and stamina in order to meet the stressful demands of life. This fun, colourful, easy to use, lifelong eating plan can be followed as a template for practice then personalized in all age groups. This meal plan is hypoallergenic and immune protective, while restorative and cleansing on a seasonal rotational basis. This method of eating bio-energetically is sustainable and workable since it is based on physiologic principles of circadian rhythm, bowel flora restoration, remineralization, oxygenation, hydration, which all promote organ efficiency, self cleansing, surveillance and detoxification. The plan 8 day plan, 8 meals and snacks per day, 8 glasses water per day of structured water where possible. It is color coded and timed for oregan efficiency, and uses many small meals alternating with snacks and water breaks, avoiding hunger or deprivation. It is loaded with colors, fresh foods, cuisine variety and is completely based on a gluten free menu for important endocrine and nervous system protection.

1. Educate Yourself: First watch the video "Eat Bio-nergetically" to learn the 4,3,2,1 steps in the Quadrant Meal Plan. This will give you the necessary theory and rationale for immediately proceeding to implement a style of eating safe and well instead of dieting, which is known to slow the metabolic rate, deplete nutrition and often eventually lead to additional weight gain.
2. Where do I Start? Use the simple Quadrant Questionaires and Motivation Index to gauge your Quadrant and starting point. Follow the meal plans most indicated for the Quadrant that most describes you or start at Quadrant 4 for clean out and detoxification, moving through more liberal menus as your progress to Quadrant 3, 2 and 1.

4. Take your before and after Measurements and continue to give yourself encouragement and feedback using a string to show your changing girth, using one string for the waist and one for the hips, noting with a black line your starting point, and noting the overlap of the string as the leaky gut and bloating recedes
5. Use Self Assessment Tools: The key to any successful endeavour is feedback. For a more formal self-assessment or if you wish to use numbers, use the included measuring tools and summary chart for the Basal Metabolic Index (BMI using Height and Weight) or the Waist to Hip Ratio (WHR) to monitor your progress.
6. Recheck you Quadrant Questionnaire monthly to compare before and after and to see if you are moving from a positive score of stress to a negative score indicating health, as seen from changing scores from dominance in quadrant 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 and finally remaining in quadrant one with homeostasis and balance indicating great organ cushion reserves.
7. What can you expect? The entire program is designed for normalization, not dieting, calorie counting, punishing exercise, but rather safe immune friendly foods. This will help you maximize your self cleaning and self regulation over the years to preserve function and flexibility.
